COE Design helped The Scripps Research Institute announce their 25th Graduate Program Anniversary with 28-foot tall banners on select campus buildings. These 7’x 28’ banners attach to the Scripps buildings using grommets anchored in place by brushed aluminum rods, which prevent wind disturbance. The silver and blue color palette used on the graduation elements complement the brand.
Also developed for the celebration were ads in San Diego and Jupiter, Florida publications to commemorate the May 19th graduation. In addition to the exterior banners, COE designed the graduation invitations, programs, diplomas, table tents, magnetic lapel pins, as well as the stage banner.
Over the years, The Scripps Research Institute has teamed with COE Design on print and digital projects ranging from various research and recruitment videos for the graduate program, as well as advertising, branding, strategic and academic plans.
Founded by Ellen Browning Scripps in 1924, TSRI is now a bi-coastal program with a sister campus in Jupiter, Florida. The Scripps Research Institute is a world leader in areas including immunology, molecular and cellular biology, chemistry, neuroscience and infectious diseases.
